Cancellation and Refund policy for day/night tours
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within two business days after reservation, clients will be fully refunded if the reservation cannot be confirmed.
- Cancellations received 15 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
- Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
- Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused group individuals reservations are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
- There is a 5% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

- Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
- Cancellations received within 45 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
- Cancellations received within 20 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused group individuals reservations are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.

Refund Procedure:
Customers requesting a refund are required to mail/fax their formal letters with a detail explanation to:

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within two business days, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if email, mail or fax fail to reach us.
NOTE: We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds after the completion of the tour
